Are you ready for An Introduction to LEGO® Serious Play®?
Get ready for a practical, engaging introduction to one of the world’s most powerful facilitation approaches. Learn how to move beyond surface-level discussions and into meaningful, shared understanding.
What is LEGO® Serious Play®?
LEGO® Serious Play® is a facilitated thinking, communication, and problem-solving technique that uses LEGO® bricks as a tool for exploration and storytelling.
Instead of talking at each other, participants build models that represent their ideas, challenges, and solutions. These models become the starting point for rich conversation, deep reflection, and genuine alignment.
The LEGO® Serious Play® method is backed by research in learning, psychology, and organisational development and it works because it engages the head, hands, and heart all at once.
