What is coaching?
Coaching is a conversation, or series of conversations, that can influence the understanding, learning, behaviour, or progress of the individual being coached. In these conversations a coach will facilitate a process of enquiry and discussion through listening, questioning, summaries, observation and feedback. Furthermore, a coach may offer constructive challenge to introduce and explore alternative perspectives or points of view. This allows the individual being coached to gain greater clarity, understanding and insight regarding a particular challenge, situation or topic.
Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximise their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them.

Why receive coaching?
Coaching can be incredibly valuable. It helps individuals or groups overcome obstacles, and realise their full potential. Coaching provides a structured and accountable framework for self-improvement, the facilitation of self-discovery, skill development, and performance improvement. You will gain fresh perspectives, encouragement, and tailored strategies for growth. Whether in personal or professional contexts, coaching can lead to increased confidence, clarity, and effectiveness. Coaching can help you navigate challenges and reach your desired outcomes more efficiently and effectively.
The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances: if there is any reaction, both are transformed.

Is there chemistry?
Prior to creating a coaching relationship, we believe it is important to ensure that there is a ‘good fit’ between the coach and potential client. I therefore recommending holding a ‘chemistry call’. This allows you to find out more about my coaching style, approach and whether it will deliver the outcomes that you are looking for. Every potential client is offered a free, no obligation, thirty minute chemistry call. Book your chemistry call here or below.
Look closely at the present you are constructing; it should look like the future you are dreaming.

Personal Coaching
If there is a mutual feeling of excitement about working together following the chemistry call, we can then establish a personalised coaching programme. This will include setting suitable dates, times, session frequency, location (in-person or online) and number of sessions. You remain in control throughout, setting the objectives for the programme and each individual session.
We are allowed to be both a masterpiece and a work in progress.

Group and Team Coaching
In addition to personal coaching, I also offer group and team coaching.
Group coaching is a structured form of coaching where a coach works with a small group of individuals with shared goals or challenges. The individuals that attend a group coaching session may not necessarily work together.
Team coaching can help to enhance team dynamics, improve collaboration, and achieve specific organisational outcomes. It’s particularly effective for improving team performance, communication, and overall effectiveness within a business or project.
Everything you want to be, you already are. You’re simply on the path to discovering it
